Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-facing, non-exempt Field Service Representative to provide onsite break/fix and technical support for client PC and Printer products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations. Printer experience is a strong plus. This role operates in a fast-paced, changing environment and requires independent problem-solving, strong customer interaction, and technical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite hardware break/fix, installation, configuration, and repair.
Troubleshoot PC and printer hardware issues; assist with escalations as needed.
Configure simple software, network components, and peripherals.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting clients contractual and business goals.
Manage multiple service events and prioritize activities effectively.
Complete all administrative and reporting requirements accurately.
Required Skills
Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.
Experience working directly with customers onsite.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of business impact and cost awareness.
Detail-oriented with strong time and task management skills.
High School diploma or equivalent (additional technical training preferred; college a plus).
Hands-on hardware repair experience (PC and/or printers).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, stooping, and crawling.
Availability for overtime, holidays, and non-traditional schedules.
Willingness to complete background checks as required.

Pay rate: $25 - 30/hr.
Shift: Onsite – Ft. Myers, FL (Onsite)
United States - Mon-Fri (8 AM – 5 PM).

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
