ManpowerGroup Technician Equipment Maintenance in Durham, North Carolina
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in vial fill systems, is seeking a Technician Equipment Maintenance to join their team. As a Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Durham, NC
What's the Job?
Perform troubleshooting, configuration, and repair of vial fill systems to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct functional testing and validate machine performance, safety, and reliability before shipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
Load software, perform firmware updates, and configure machines according to customer specifications.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to meet production schedules and maintain quality standards.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED required.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to occasionally lift or move at least 50 pounds.
Steel toe shoes are required; safety glasses are provided.
Experience with electronics, electromechanical systems, or related technical fields preferred.
