ManpowerGroup Sr. BI Analyst in Durham, North Carolina

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Sr BI Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Sr BI Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Data & Analytics department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and innovative thinking, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Sr BI Analyst

Location: Durham, NC

Pay Range: $59

What's the Job?

  • Collaborate with business areas to conduct interactive and iterative user design sessions to produce rapid solution prototypes

  • Partner with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to identify, create, and influence optimal solution designs that deliver actionable insights

  • Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to junior team members by guiding them on development best practices

  • Design and architect high-performance data visualization solutions for large-scope projects to enable delivery of analytic value and ensure they are maintainable and scalable as business needs evolve

  • Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions to arrive at optimal solutions, considering stakeholder needs to ensure successful project delivery

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)

  • 5+ years of experience in related field

  • Proven experience in data visualization, analytics, and solution architecture

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
