Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Accurately record and manage customer information through data entry systems.
• Handle email correspondence with clarity and efficiency to resolve customer issues.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required.
• Process orders and ensure accurate order entry into company systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain and organize customer records.
• Provide support for both inbound and outbound call activities as needed.
• Uphold a positive and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent service quality. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Proficiency in handling high-volume inbound calls.
• Strong skills in data entry and email correspondence.
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and order entry processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
