Adecco is looking for an onsite manufacturing supervisor to lead production associates to achieve daily goals, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency. They directly manage personnel by training, scheduling, and coaching employees, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production targets. Key duties include monitoring workflow, reducing downtime, and fostering continuous improvement with our workforce.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:00 am- 3:00 pm
Salary : $25.00
Key Responsibilities and Roles
Direct supervision of manufacturing associates, performance coaching, and conducting evaluations.
Organizing daily tasks, setting production schedules, and ensuring the team meets deadlines.
Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring compliance to prevent accidents.
Monitoring production duties with associates / address any concerns.
Assist with weekly orientation check-in and prepare packages with supplies.
Conducting a pre-shift safety meeting (toolbox talk) with operators.
Reviewing daily attendance to provide updates to management.
Coaching associates as needed with dress code policies etc.…
Investigating a machine stoppage and collaborating with maintenance to resolve it.
Preparing end-of-shift reports on production and attendance.
Key Qualifications
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills -Microsoft office.
Must be bilingual- Spanish- read, write and speak fluent.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
