Packing Floater / Pack Operator – Temp Position

We are currently seeking Packing Floaters (Pack Operators) to join our production team. This role supports multiple production lines and requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pull product from an overhead conveyor

  • Perform light assembly as required (such as installing shelves or doors, depending on the product line)

  • Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of production

  • Package cabinets according to established work instructions

Each production line consists of approximately 5–13 employees . Team members rotate through different tasks during the shift to avoid repetitive work. As a Floater , you will not be assigned to a specific line and will work on whichever line requires support that day.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 10–30 lbs regularly (items over 30 lbs require a two-person lift)

  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for 10-hour shifts

Schedule & Expectations:

  • Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Overtime on Fridays when required

  • No schedule flexibility due to the team-based production environment

Compensation:

  • $19.00/hour starting temporary rate for Pack Operators

Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
