PT: Youth Development Professional, Dunkirk. Responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of a broad range of programs including programs in the area of Education & Career Development, Health & Life Skills, The Arts, Character & Leadership, and Sports, Fitness & Recreation. You must demonstrate knowledge of principles related to youth development, group leadership skills, and an understanding of group dynamics.
