Aerotek Welder in Dundee, Michigan

Pay: $28/hr+ (depends one xperience)
Bonuses: $1,500 referral bonus + perfect attendance incentives
Shifts:
Days: 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday
Nights: 7:00pm–7:30am , rotating 2 on / 3 off, then 3 on / 2 off
Overtime: Time‑and‑a‑half after 40 hours; double time on Sundays
What You’ll Do
Perform fabrication and maintenance on recycling equipment and machinery
TIG, MIG, and Stick weld structural and cosmetic components to tight tolerances
Fabricate custom parts, frames, guards, and fixtures from prints or field measurements
Read and interpret blueprints; troubleshoot equipment through custom fabrication solutions
Work independently while collaborating with maintenance and operations teams as needed
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with precision, cosmetic, and structural welding
Strong fabrication skills: layout, fitting, measuring, finishing
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Background working with heavy industrial equipment
Detail‑oriented, safety‑focused craftsman who values high‑quality work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dundee, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
