Fabricator – Dundee, MI (Direct Hire) Clean Tech is seeking a skilled Fabricator who takes pride in precision welding, clean layouts, and high-quality workmanship in an industrial recycling environment. Why This Role
Direct hire, long-term stability Pay: $28/hr+ (DOE) Bonuses: $1,500 referral + perfect attendance Shift: Days: 7am-4pm M-F and Nights 7pm-7:30am 2on/3 off then 3 on/2 off schedule OT: Time-and-a-half over 40 hours, double time Sundays
What You’ll Do
Perform maintenance and fabrication for recycling machinery and equipment TIG, MIG, and Stick weld structural and cosmetic components to tight tolerances Fabricate custom parts, frames, guards, and fixtures from prints or field measurements Read blueprints and troubleshoot equipment through custom fabrication solutions Work independently while supporting maintenance and operations teams
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with precision, cosmetic, and structural welding Strong fabrication skills: layout, fitting, measuring, finishing Blueprint and schematic reading experience Background in heavy industrial equipment Detail-oriented craftsman who values quality and safety

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
