ManpowerGroup Production Associate in Duncansville, Pennsylvania
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various work centers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Duncansville, PA
Pay Rate: Starting at $16/hr!
Shift: 7a-3p, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Operate equipment such as mat machines and load rolls to facilitate production processes
Perform quality checks and collect data to ensure products meet quality standards
Package products, tape boxes, and assemble large orders efficiently
Enter production quantities and monitor material usage accurately
Participate actively in process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Ability to perform physical and manual labor, including standing, walking, and repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE such as steel toes
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
