Morrison Geothermal is seeking a motivated Laborer to join our growing geothermal drilling and installation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-growing energy industry with a company that has over 40 years of experience serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Responsibilities
Assist with geothermal drilling projects
Site preparation, trenching, and material handling
Support equipment operators and drilling crews
Load/unload tools, pipe, and construction materials
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Perform general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
Valid driver's license required
Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred
Skid steer experience is a plus
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
Strong work ethic and reliability
