About the Role Are you ready to be the driving force behind our service operations? At GPM, Inc., we re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who loves making things happen. In this role, you ll own the purchasing process sourcing parts, managing vendors, and keeping our industrial pump service shop running like a well-oiled machine. What You ll Do Take charge of purchasing and procurement for service operations source parts fast, negotiate smart, and keep costs in check. Build strong vendor relationships and secure the best deals. Process service orders and coordinate repair workflows to keep projects moving. Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and service activities. Partner with engineering and repair teams to align purchasing with technical needs. Monitor inventory levels and proactively restock critical components. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline purchasing and service processes. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all activities. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year trade degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of purchasing/procurement experience (required). Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with vendors, customers, and internal teams. Customer service and project management experience preferred.
