Project Cost and Controls Analyst II $67,000 - $84,000 | Hybrid with in-person reporting to Duluth, Cohasset, Eveleth, or Hoyt Lakes, MN

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Preferred areas of study include Business Administration, Analytics, Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field.

  • Four or more years of experience analyzing construction related project financials and performance data to produce accurate reports, dashboards, and documentation required.

  • A related advanced degree, such as master’s degree in business administration (MBA), accounting, construction management, will be considered for up to one year of experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

  • This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude.

    Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with data analytics software (i.e., Microsoft Power BI or other) preferred.

  • Proficiency with Oracle, Maximo, Power Plan, and Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred.

    The expected annual compensation range for this position is $67,000 - $84,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, this position qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package, including an Incentive Program, Retirement Benefits, Medical, Dental & Vision Plans, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Life Insurance, Disability, Tuition Reimbursement, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, and more.
