Key responsibilities include: Ensuring accurate contract documentation, monitoring, and maintenance in compliance with company policies and client contracts. Preparing and reviewing client invoices and ensuring accurate and timely billing of labor, expenses, and subconsultants. Supporting collections management and collaborating with Project Managers, Project Assistants, and the Collections Specialist to resolve outstanding Accounts Receivable issues. Assisting Project Managers with project budgeting, funding setup, and progress tracking including entry of physical percent complete and project reserve management. Performing and reviewing expense, subconsultant, and unit entries for accuracy. Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes and assisting with internal and external audits. Contributing to system and process improvements related to invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
