We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst II - Recruiter to join the Talent Solutions team. In this role, you will support the Company’s talent strategy through sourcing and recruiting candidates through a variety of programs, including professional networking platforms, the Company’s internship program, workforce initiatives, and community partnerships. You will also manage analytical compliance and reporting work that supports the organization’s strategic goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruit and source candidates for niche, highly specialized, and other difficult-to-fill roles.
Partner with leaders, hiring managers, and hiring specialists to develop recruiting strategies, job advertisements, interview questions, and participate on interview teams.
Serve as the program manager for the following Company programs: internship program, visa sponsorship program, and career pathways program.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and workforce development partners to strengthen talent pathways.
Attend and participate in recruiting, networking, and collaborative events, such as job and career fairs, and workforce development initiatives.
Design, implement, and coordinate special events and trainings utilizing a variety of learning delivery methods (video, online, instructor led, etc.).
Lead the administration of the company’s affirmative action program, including conducting annual compliance analysis, preparing required reports and filings, drafting program narratives, and coordinating executive review and sign-off.
Leverage new technologies like AI for communications, job aids, and job advertising.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, or Psychology preferred, with coursework or continuing education in human resources desired.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Four years or more directly related experience required.
Experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Our balanced work routine offers flexibility of hybrid work with the benefits of in-person collaboration. Team members are expected to be in the office between 3 to 5 days each week, ensuring productive team interaction and personal flexibility. This position will report to Duluth, MN.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Will attend occasional after hours and off-site recruiting, networking, and collaborative events.
This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The expected annual compensation range for this position is $67,000 - $84,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
