Sr. Associate, Manufacturing Engineering
Location: Duluth, GA

Contract: 6 months+ Extension up to 2 years and conversion potential
We are seeking a drivenSr. Associate, General Engineering to support process improvement, troubleshoot engineering challenges, and enhance operational efficiency. This role focuses on analyzing trends, optimizing manufacturing processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and performance
Identify root causes and implement effective solutions
Support engineering projects through data analysis and research
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
Must-Have Skills:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Self-starter with a proactive, “go-getter” mindset
Nice to Have:
Experience in medical device manufacturing or complex automation
Data analysis skills (Tableau or similar tools)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
