ManpowerGroup Customer Service Rep - Bilingual in Duluth, Georgia

Our client, a leading organization in customer support services, is seeking a Customer Service Rep - Bilingual to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep - Bilingual, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner

  • Providing clear and detailed explanations of products, services, policies, and procedures

  • Reviewing customer accounts and transaction histories to accurately identify and resolve issues

  • Collaborating with sales and distribution teams to improve customer service processes and outcomes

  • Processing customer orders, calculating charges, and managing payments as needed

What's Needed?

  • Prior experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role

  • Proficiency with CRM systems

  • Working knowledge of SAP, including Distribution, Sales, and Materials Management modules

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Responder a consultas, preocupaciones, quejas y devoluciones de clientes de manera profesional y oportuna
