About this Position
This newly created role reports to the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and supports the advancement of our Investor Relations program. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of progressive investor relations experience, a strong record of earnings cycle execution and demonstrated ability to support clear external messaging. The role requires deep experience across core IR functions, peer intelligence and investor targeting. A successful candidate will be a detail oriented IR professional who can operate effectively in a fast paced, high pressure environment with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Core Skills
Exceptional communication and a proven track record in investor relations
Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively and develop solutions in situations without established precedent
Highly organized with experience in project management
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of management
Job Responsibilities
Assist in developing quarterly investor messaging and take a lead role in producing quarterly earnings materials, including scripts, Q&As and investor materials
Monitor industry and peer disclosure for emerging trends and competitive intelligence, prepare management briefings
Take a lead role in reviewing sell-side models and contribute to shaping disclosure and guidance
In partnership with CFO and SVP of Investor relations, manage investor inquiries and help develop relationships with new investors
Monitor stockholder movement and assist in investor targeting and outreach preparation
Lead development of internal reporting dashboard to monitor valuation, stock quality and ownership changes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, or a related field
7+ years of investor relations experience, combining corporate IR and advisory or capital-market roles, with at least 5 of those years in a corporate IR position
