Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Architect & Engineer to join our IT Delivery Excellence team. This role leads the design, development, and deployment of AI, automation, and advanced analytics solutions that transform business outcomes, customer experience, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on engineering expertise, deep AI/ML knowledge, and strong enterprise architecture capability to drive scalable, secure, and sustainable AI delivery across the US Animal Health landscape.

This role is based in our Duluth GA office.
Compensation Data
This position offers a base salary typically between $170,000 and $269,000. This position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus and or other compensation elements. Duties & Responsibilities
Lead design and delivery of AI/ML and generative AI solutions aligned to business goals.
Architect scalable, secure AI systems and integrate them into enterprise platforms.
Build prototypes, validate concepts, and drive model deployment into production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
Ensure AI systems follow security, compliance, and Responsible AI guidelines.
Drive innovation, mentor teams, and support continuous improvement.
Lead the exploration and application of novel Al algorithms and tools to continuously advance the organization’s capabilities.
Requirements
Core Technical Requirements
Hands‑on experience developing and deploying AI/ML and generative AI models.
Enterprise and integration architecture design experience.
Cloud and platform engineering expertise.
Experience with prototypes, PoCs, and production-scale AI.

Excellent technical and non‑technical communication.
Automation & Optimization
Develop automation strategies that reduce operational complexity, increase efficiency, and enhance decision making across systems.

Additional Requirements
Bachelor degree from an accredited institution with four-plus (4+) years IT experience
In lieu of a degree, ten-plus (10+) years of relevant IT experience required.
Generative AI experience (Healthcare, Finance, Retail preferred).
Strong initiative and teamwork.
