Schedule:
10 hour days--mainly M-F, day (with the exception of call)
.875 FTE (35 hours per week)
Call one night per week and every 4th weekend
Essential Functions:
Provides direct patient care activities in theCathLab& other applicable procedural areasimplementing anoutcome-basedplan of care
Conductsan initialassessment and ongoing assessments
Performs indirect patient care activities tomaintaindepartment standards
Based on principles of growth and development, provides careappropriate totheage-relatedneeds of the patients served on his/her assigned unit
Adheres to all safety, infection control and colleague health policies and procedures
Maintains a working knowledge of applicableFederal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and proceduresin order toensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior

General Requirements:
Associate degreerequired,BSN preferred.
Minimum 2years' experiencein Cath Lab or special procedures lab preferred or 3 years critical care experience
Current Iowa RN license
BLS
ACLA
Mandatory Reporter.
Intermediate language, high math, highreasoning ability.
Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
Ability to work under pressure and with a large degree of independence.
Critical thinking skills.
Ability to perform within a team andgood timemanagement skills.
Strong knowledgebaseincardiac anatomy,physiologyand Cardiac care.
Must be able to analyze and interpret basic EKG tracings.
Knowledge of cardiac medications, hemodynamicmonitoringand fundamentals of sterile technique.
