Required Experience:
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Assistant Manager, you will:- Support the General Manager in daily operations of the restaurant- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional food and guest experiences- Foster a fun, fast-paced, and fulfilling work environment- Contribute to sales growth and profit goals- Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor management- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness- Participate in hiring, training, and developing team members- Help build and maintain a culture of pride, service, and attention to detail
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
Strong leadership skills — ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage time, priorities, and operational responsibilities effectively
Experience with financials (inventory, scheduling, labor management, P&Ls, spreadsheets)
Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and eagerness to grow
Aptitude for learning, coaching, and collaboration
REQUIREMENTS
Evening availability — must be able to close the restaurant
Dependable and punctual
Ability to stand/walk for shifts (up to 8–10 hours if needed)
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Background check required
