? What You’ll Do
Assemble products and components from start to finish
Follow written work instructions, production lists, and standard procedures
Inspect work at each step to ensure accuracy and quality
Identify and pull correct materials
Report any material shortages or quality concerns
Safely operate common hand and power tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
? What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read a tape measure
Basic reading and math skills
Comfortable using basic tools (drills, screw guns, sanders, etc.)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Prior assembly, manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience is helpful — but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.
