ManpowerGroup Machine Operator - 2nd Shift in DuBois, Pennsylvania
Our client, a leading organization in the industrial manufacturing sector, is seeking a Machine Operator - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Molding, Sintering, and Secondary Departments. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd Shift
Location: DuBois, PA
Pay Range: $15.00 as a temp with a $1.00 increase if hired on
Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
What's the Job?
Operate and monitor assigned molding presses efficiently
Keep hoppers filled with the correct powder to maintain continuous operation
Remove parts from the die area and place them on appropriate trays, racks, or containers with proper stacking (no overlapping)
Perform continuous visual inspections for defects or deviations
Measure parts at specified intervals and document results on Quality Control forms
What's Needed?
Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain awareness of workplace hazards
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move racks or parts efficiently
Team player with the ability to follow directions and work collaboratively
Forklift and floor jack experience preferred
