Molding Operator – 3rd Shift - Adecco
Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Assignment Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Location: DUBLIN, OH
Position Summary
The Molding Operator is responsible for operating molding and production equipment, responding to machine faults, and performing basic troubleshooting and repetitive machine‑operation tasks in a clean room environment. This role ensures all products meet quality and GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate molding machines and complete line clearances.
Perform trimming, weighing, counting, labeling, and documenting production.
Conduct visual inspections using magnification tools.
Clear jams, reset equipment, and escalate issues when needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S practices.
Transfer finished parts and scrap materials as required.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
0–12 months of experience.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to follow procedures and maintain production pace.
Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and basic math skills.
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel preferred).
Mechanical aptitude preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or sit for long periods.
Lift up to 20 lbs repetitively.
Use of solvents, glue, or solder as required.
Ability to perform visual inspections with and without magnification.
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
