About the Role
With 5 direct reports, the Maintenance Manager is a key member of the site leadership team, responsible for shaping and delivering a high‑performing maintenance and asset care strategy for the Littleconnell Brewery. The role plays a critical part in ensuring site assets are safe, reliable and future‑ready, supporting world‑class manufacturing performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead site‑wide maintenance and asset reliability across production, utilities, automation and facilities.
Develop and deliver strategic maintenance plans that improve uptime, cost efficiency and long‑term asset performance.
Provide visible safety leadership, ensuring all maintenance activities meet regulatory, site and corporate standards.
Lead, develop and motivate a high‑performing maintenance team and contractor base.
Work closely with Site Leadership team, Operators and Maintenance Technicians to ensure all mandatory and requested maintenance is effectively planned into the production schedule, ensuring the correct resource and spare parts are available to carry out maintenance.
Drive continuous improvement through reliability engineering, data‑led decision making and best‑in‑class maintenance practices.
About you
We’re seeking an experienced maintenance or engineering leader with a strong background in driving asset reliability, safety and performance in a complex manufacturing environment.
You will bring:
A relevant engineering qualification (mechanical, electrical, manufacturing or similar) and strong experience leading site maintenance activities
Knowledge of Reliability Maintenance techniques and data analysis, use of applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and business systems such as SAP.
Proven ability to deliver reliable, safe and compliant maintenance strategies in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Confident people leadership skills, with experience managing teams, contractors and cross‑functional stakeholders
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence at all levels and work effectively with operations and leadership teams
A proactive, data‑led approach to continuous improvement.
