The Associate Director, Business Processes is a senior role in the Clinical Solutions, Data Operations team, responsible for end-to-end business process design, delivery, and management across a matrixed environment of data, technology, and global teams. We are looking for a curious, critical-thinking, proactive individual who takes accountability for process performance, quality, issue management, and conflict resolution, while modeling a culture of integrity, compassion, inclusion, solid relationships, innovation, and performance.

What you will do:
Design, document, and implement end-to-end data workflows across a complex, integrated data and technology ecosystem
Drive continuous improvement of existing data and business process flows and design new processes to meet emerging business needs
Develop and execute project plans, manage schedules, resources, milestones, and dependencies
Lead diverse stakeholder teams, foster collaboration, and maintain clear, consistent communication across stakeholders at all levels
Model and reinforce a culture grounded in integrity, compassion, and inclusion, building solid relationships, driving innovation, and delivering high performance

Degree or master's degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant field
Demonstrable experience designing and refining end-to-end business and data processes
Demonstrable ability to influence key stakeholders in a large, global organization
Proven track record leading data quality initiatives, including audit processes, which include understanding complex data architecture and technology enterprise architecture
Demonstrated solid analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and experience with data discovery/visualization tools to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes
Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to surface and resolve cross-functional issues, drive alignment on decisions, and deliver clear, accurate updates and recommendations to senior leaders
Demonstrated solid organizational and planning skills to develop and execute project plans, manage schedules, resources, milestones, and dependencies
Other useful skills and experience include:
Accredited certification in the field of Data Analytics or similar field
Industry certified in Operational Excellence (process improvement) and Project Management
Proven working knowledge of the US healthcare services industry
Demonstrated foundational knowledge of the US healthcare Risk Adjustment & Quality programs
