Job Summary
General Manager / Executive Chef (Dual Role)
Lead. Inspire. Elevate the Experience.
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking General Manager / Executive Chef to oversee both front and back of house operations in a high-performance food service environment. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader who combines culinary creativity with strong business acumen to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and an outstanding team culture.
What You’ll Do:
Provide full operational leadership across culinary and service teams, ensuring a seamless guest experience
Develop and execute an innovative, high-quality culinary program
Own financial performance including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
Manage labor, food cost, purchasing, and inventory to optimize efficiency and profitability
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through hands-on, visible leadership
Maintain best-in-class food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What You Bring:
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in culinary and food service operations
Proven success managing full operations with P&L responsibility
Strong background in menu development and high-volume execution
Deep knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
Experience with purchasing, inventory systems, and cost control strategies
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Strong communication and client relationship abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred
