What you’ll build

We are looking for new employees to join the Global Delivery Hub. Our organisation is strategically assembled to deliver high-quality end-to-end service delivery and expertise in full alignment with our SAP Services and Support portfolio, focusing on driving adoption, ensuring excellence in service delivery and accelerating customer value.

The following is an outline of the main tasks & responsibilities involved in this role:

• Deliver Success Plans professional services

• Drive the adoption of SAP products, technologies & AI

• Help customers transition to modern cloud based architectures for data & analytics

• Collaborate with colleagues across organisations and regions to ensure project/customer/partner success

• Share technical knowledge & help upskill colleagues

• Fulfil de-escalation and trusted advisor roles

What you bring

• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical details effectively

• Excellent written and presentation skills

• Desire for continuous learning

• Passion for educating others and sharing knowledge

• Enthusiasm for Performance Optimisation and Root Cause Analysis

• Strong proven experience with any of

• SAP Business Data Cloud

• SAP Datasphere

• SAC / SAC-Planning / Business Planning & Consolidation

• SAP HANA

• SAP BW/4HANA

• Advantageous:
