Global Standardization & Consistency
• Enable consistent application of quality assurance and testing practices across regions, balancing global standards with local regulatory and customer specific requirements.
• Support global deployment of new offers, tools, or execution models by validating readiness and quality robustness prior to scale up.
Collaboration & Integration
• Partner closely with the Quality Analyst – Process to ensure process design and assurance mechanisms are tightly integrated and mutually reinforcing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Services, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to align quality expectations and execution realities.
• Act as a quality subject matter expert for post order execution in global forums and improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement & Insights
• Analyze quality performance data, testing results, and execution outcomes to identify trends, systemic gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Post Order CoE, strengthening Eaton’s execution maturity and customer confidence.
