About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer to join our growing team. You will design, configure, and extend our CRM platform — building integrations, plugins, and custom solutions that power critical business workflows. Key Responsibilities
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE to meet evolving business requirements
• Build and maintain integrations using Web API, REST, OData, Power Automate Connectors, and SOAP services
• Develop and deploy plugins and custom workflows to extend platform functionality
• Implement security models and authentication frameworks following best-practice governance standards
• Design and automate business processes using Power Automate
• Leverage Agentic AI tools (Copilot preferred) to enhance productivity and platform intelligence
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Maintain documentation and adhere to coding standards throughout the development lifecycle
