Position: Center Shift Manager
Schedule: Sat/Sun 10a 7p Mon/Tues OFF Wed/Thurs/Fri 3p 12a
Reports to: Social Development Manager
Responsibilities:Provide students with a safe and structured living environment that fosters student retention, satisfaction, achievement and success. Oversees the daily management of social development programs and uses proper judgment and discretion to resolve student and staff issues and problems. Manages non class hour residential living environment and ensures quality recreational and evening programming to enhance students and independent living and employability skills. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student date
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION
Supervises and manages the Social Development/Residential Living/Dorm Life staff and Department. May serve as the Acting Programs/Social Development Director in their absence
