Job Description:
Your Tasks:
Active and independent collaboration on HR topics throughout the entire HR lifecycle
Recruiting support: applicant communication, creating and placing job advertisements
Support with onboarding and offboarding
Assistance with creating reports and statistics
Organization of further training measures and courses
Collaboration in the preparation and implementation of audits
Development and maintenance of the HR Sharepoint
Active participation in current strategic HR projects
Your Profile:
Student (m/f/d) of business administration or economic
Initial practical experience in human resources is an advantage, but not a requirement
Confident user of MS Office programs, especially Excel and Word
Strong customer and service orientation and excellent communication skills
Quick comprehension and a careful and conscientious approach to work
Responsible and discreet handling of information
Very good German and good English skills
