How you can make a difference
The Sr. Enterprise Client Relationship Executive is responsible for driving the success of HealthEquity's Enterprise Accounts by applying strategic consulting and sales skills to retaining, managing and growing existing relationships. This includes advocating for clients, boosting satisfaction, pinpointing their needs, and effectively matching those needs with our administrative services. This role serves as the key strategic contact for these national clients, with success measured by client retention, account growth, and personal development. This role is responsible for gaining a deep understanding of each client's business, benefits framework strategy, and Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDH) initiatives through regular engagement with their senior leadership, C-suite, consultants, brokers, and health plan partners.
What you'll be doing
Expand the number of accounts (Health Savings, Reimbursement, Commuter, COBRA, Direct Bill and Lifestyle Accounts) and custodial assets for existing clients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with your clients and their consultant/broker and other vendor partners.
Engage in consultative strategic activities with our clients such as overall corporate and benefits strategies benefit plan review, CDH account adoption best practices and, financial health.
Plan and execute regular client meetings to deliver program results.
Develop and monitor client financial performance including renewal planning, negotiation and profitability levels.
Serve as the client's internal advocate. Ensure HealthEquity is delivering the service, support, and overall solution per the agreed upon terms.
Demonstrate marketing and technical expertise through the client's broker and consultant meetings.
Preparation for and participation in new business meetings and on-site visits (culture training, audits, etc).
Provide feedback to other HealthEquity business teams on market trends as represented by our clients.
Ability to assess the approach, resources, and contacts needed to complete RFPs', including renewals.
Maintain a high level of healthcare industry knowledge as well as knowledge of your clients' industry.
Travel 20-30% of the time.
What you will need to be successful
Bachelor's degree in related field
Proven track record of over 10+ years of working with senior-level executives for client relationship management and consultation within the Insurance or Finance industry in the Enterprise Accounts space
5+ years of strategic and consultative selling experience within the Insurance or Finance industry
Ability to work as part of a team and individually
Expert relationship management skills including negotiation, collaboration, and listening skills
Familiarity with Health insurance industry and all types health accounts
MS Office and Salesforce, preferred
Presentation skills including messaging and positioning information to meet and influence client needs
Problem solving
Strong working knowledge of client benefits framework and plan design

Salary Range
$110500.00 To $140000.00 / year

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
