What does a Senior Manager of Legal Operations and Paralegal do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Senior Manager, Legal Operations/Paralegal will support the Legal Team by managing complex legal matters while navigating internal and external stakeholder relationships. This individual will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic initiatives to streamline workflows and contract lifecycle management. This individual will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer and operate as a strategic leader for legal operations, ensuring scalable, efficient, and business aligned delivery of legal services across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Leads the development and execution of legal operations strategy, aligning legal capabilities, resources, and service delivery models with enterprise and functional business priorities
Owns department level operational governance, including policies, workflows, controls, and standards impacting multiple business units or functions
Serves as a trusted advisor to the Chief Legal Officer and senior leadership, translating business strategy into operational, financial, and technology initiatives for the Legal function
Exercises decision making authority over legal operations investments, including technology roadmaps, vendor selection, and alternative legal service provider engagement
Leads complex, cross functional initiatives (e.g., enterprise contract transformation, spend optimization, AI enabled legal tools) from design through implementation and change management
Defines, monitors, and enforces department level performance standards and accountability across internal legal staff, vendors, and managed service providers
