Overview
How you can make a difference
The Corporate Compliance Manager designs, implements, and continuously improves the company's compliance framework, with a strong focus on managing compliance issues. Key responsibilities include overseeing compliance policies, procedures, and training programs; conducting risk and compliance assessments; monitoring, testing, and reviewing controls to identify and resolve gaps; coordinating strategic compliance initiatives and third-party due diligence; preparing compliance reports; maintaining records; updating leadership; supporting the development of the annual compliance roadmap; reviewing marketing materials; and assisting with day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
Issue Management: Manage compliance issues through identification, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and closure. Track remediation progress and ensure timely resolution of identified gaps.
- Enterprise Risk Management Support: Align compliance risks with the company's risk framework and taxonomy.
Policy and Procedure Management: Design, document, and maintain compliance workflows, procedures, and controls to ensure consistency, scalability, and audit readiness.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency while maintaining regulatory integrity.
Marketing Material Review: Review and approve marketing materials to ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Policy and Procedure Support: Support the development, review, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
Control Documentation: Ensure compliance controls are clearly defined, documented, and operating as intended.
KPI and KRI Management: Develop, track, and manage compliance key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to measure effectiveness, timeliness, quality, and risk trends.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify patterns, emerging risks, and opportunities for proactive remediation.
Reporting: Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive-level summaries to communicate compliance performance and risk posture.
Act as a trusted advisor to business partners by translating regulatory requirements into practical, actionable guidance.
What you will need to be successful
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Risk Management, Legal Studies, or a related field, and/or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous experience in compliance in the healthcare or financial services industries
Previous experience coordinating or managing cross-functions projects
Experience working with compliance technology platforms (e.g., GRC tools, dashboards, issue management systems).
Experience partnering with legal, audit, privacy, security, product, or operations teams. Ability to work independently to manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure timely completion
Proactive communication and alignment with compliance program initiatives
Must have intellectual curiosity

Salary Range
$92000.00 To $117000.00 / year
