Insight Global Quality Assurance Manager (Remote) in Dranesville, Virginia

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join a critical project with one of the largest consulting and advisory firms in the world. This role serves as a senior quality leader responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving quality management practices across large-scale customer IT programs. The Quality Assurance Manager leads high-impact initiatives to ensure service delivery excellence, contractual compliance, and measurable performance outcomes across multiple operational domains. This position requires experience overseeing quality in complex, multi-team environments and partnering closely with technical and program leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Establish and maintain quality policies, procedures, standards, and performance metrics

Ensure compliance with SLAs, contractual obligations, and customer quality requirements

Conduct quality audits, assessments, and formal performance reviews

Drive root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action plans

Oversee program-wide quality reporting, metrics tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with program and technical leadership to ensure delivery excellence

Support risk management, issue tracking, and process optimization efforts

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to quality and program teams

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience in quality management or a related discipline

8+ years of experience managing quality policies, procedures, SLAs, and governance processes

5+ years of experience supporting large, complex customer programs

Strong working knowledge of quality frameworks such as CMMI, ISO, and ITIL

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable performance improvements

Strong analytical, written, verbal, and leadership communication skills PMP, ITIL, CMMI, or similar quality or project management certification

Experience implementing Agile-aligned quality management practices

Background overseeing enterprise-scale program quality across multiple teams or workstreams

Prior consulting or customer-facing quality leadership experience
