Dracut Appliance Center Warehouse Laborer\ Responsibilities:\ - Help load appliances for pick ups.\ - Ability to lift at minimum 75 LBS\ - Answering customer queries with a professional attitude and manner.\ - Demonstrating excellent call handling skills, perseverance and respect.\ - Take personal accountability for acquiring the expertise, knowledge and information to effectively tackle customer\'s issues.\ - Scheduling service appointments for customers.\ - Receiving service parts and inputting into inventory.\ - Returning unused parts back to the suppliers.\ - Notify and schedule customers for service when parts are received.\ - Prepare appliances to picked up by customers in the warehouse.\ - Ability to work in a warehouse environment.\ Skills:\ - Multi-tasking (able to talk and research at the same time).\ - Excellent social skills both written and verbal.\ - Ability to have a positive and constructive view of working with others/outstanding teammate.\ - Your ability to uncover hidden customer needs utilizing effective questioning.\ - Being responsible and punctual.\ - Display interpersonal skills\ - Drivers License preferred, reliable transportation required.\ Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week\ Pay: \$20.00 - \$22.00 per hour\ Benefits:\ - Health, Dental & Vision insurance\ - Life insurance\ - Paid time off\ - Retirement plan
