Alpha Home Health Care LLC Caregiver in Downingtown, Pennsylvania
Duties: 1. Provides non-personal, non-nursing care to the Patient. 2. Provides clean, health, safe environment for the Patient and family at all times by assisting in keeping the home orderly and clean (light housekeeping, laundry, kitchen clean-up).
Plans, prepares, and serves nutritious meals according to the family's needs. 4. Shop for food and household supplies.
Observes Patient for general mental and physical condition and reports changes to supervising coordinator.
Provides companionship for the Patient as requested.
Completes, as instructed, appropriate records of all activity while in the patient's home.
Provides a sense of security for the Patient and protects as much as possible the Patient from any harm resulting from the debilitating effects of his or her illness.
- Assists Patient as needed, excluding medical care.
