Downingtown Area School District 2026 Summer Clerical Support - Central Registration in Downingtown, Pennsylvania

Position:  Summer Clerical Support - Central Registration (Job ID 5473)  Locations:  Administration Building Schedule:  Two positions: (1) Approximately 28-35 hours/week; (2) Approximately 15-20 hours/week; May, 2026 through August, 2026 Benefit Eligible:  No Pay Rate:  $16.38 per hour  *Additional Information:  *Interviews will be held via virtually in April

Job Summary: Perform clerical duties for central registration and assist in the efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications: 

  • Must be 18 years of older
  • Must successfully complete and maintain compliance with all federal and state background and criminal record check requirements.

  • Candidate must adhere to all local, state, federal, and school code requirements for employment.

  • Office work such as filing, copying, email communications, mailings, interoffice mailings
  • Records audits as related to annually required documentation
  • Completion of intake forms for new registrations received
  • Receiving homeschool year-end documentation & issuing receipts
