What You'll Do
Create and deliver welcoming café and food service experiences for patients, visitors, and hospital staff each day
Ensure high‑quality food service execution across assigned retail and/or non‑retail operations
Lead, mentor, develop, and retain a tenured frontline staff of 35
Direct daily operations focused on food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Oversee multiple retail food operations that may include branded concepts, ensuring teams have the tools, equipment, and resources needed to succeed
Ensure compliance with HACCP, regulatory, safety, and sanitation requirements
Support operational goals by managing labor, inventory, and supplies efficiently

What You Bring
1-2 years experience in food service or restaurant management, preferably in healthcare
Demonstrated ability tolead and engage frontline teams
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to balance operational priorities
Experience with cash handling, inventory/purchasing management, and food safety standards
Comfortable working in afast‑paced, patient‑focused setting
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, and team members
