Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration.
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities for preschool and toddler care programs.
- Support children's learning in areas such as STEM, communication, and behavior management.
- Provide individualized attention to students, ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to create a play-based inspired learning experience.
- Assist with all classroom activities, including activities, lessons and meals
- Maintain positive relationships among children
- Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques.
- Assist in building children's developmental skills
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education principles.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, challenges, and achievements.
