JOB SUMMARY: This is a semi-advanced subprofessional position that can be involved in any of the generalist\ areas of facilities maintenance, street lighting, HVAC, Construction Inspection, regulatory sign inventories\ and processing of lot violation notices as required. An employee of this class will perform lead work or\ supervisory functions in the absence of the Facilities Supervisor.
