Our client, a leading manufacturing and warehouse environment, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production support team, assisting machine operators and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Dothan, AL
Pay Range: $15
Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the occasional Saturday
What's the Job?
Assist machine operators with production tasks such as stacking and feeding materials
Perform general cleanup and warehouse duties as needed
Sort, inspect, and check products for quality assurance
Support the team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; willing to learn and grow
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Physical ability to lift occasionally up to 25 lbs
Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled environment
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
