What are your contributions to the team?
Manage and validate Notifications of Change (NOC) submissions from suppliers ensuring accurate documentation, prioritization and communication across internal teams.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration with other ASM Agents, Buyers, and Supply Chain Agents to maintain compliance and minimize disruption to operations with regards to NOC submissions
Validate NOC submission details from supplier (emails and attachments)
Check / verify vendor and part information in SAP and Sharepoint
Identify impacted sites, programs and assign Green/Completion triage board review
Upload and share checklist with stakeholders and follow up status
Close NOC submissions in Sharepoint after disposition sign-off
Support Special Projects
Track and report KPI’s
Maintain meeting agendas / meeting minutes
How to thrive in this role?
Essential skills needed:
Knowledge of SAP, Sharepoint, and Lean DNA
Excellent attention to detail
Solid organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines (Time Management)
Familiarity with aerospace industry and supply chain management
Strong communication skills and follow-up skills
Project Management or Configuration Management experience
Proficiency if MS Office tools
As our ideal candidate,
You must hold a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or similar; additional education or certifications are welcome
You have more than 3 years of experience in Project or Configuration Management roles
You have solid organizational skills to consolidate submission observations and record crucial information relating to configuration change requests
You have excellent relationship management skills, communication and collaboration skills
You are proficient with knowledge of MS Office applications (including SharePoint, Excel and Word)
You are able to work in both English and French on a daily basis
You are able to travel for work when required
You are able to work at one of our Montreal facilities on a weekly basis as per Policy
