Bombardier Program Analyst 3 in Dorval, Canada

In your role, you will:

  • Analyze, monitor and control the budgetary envelopes of the Program team.

  • Present your analysis and recommend your budget strategies to management teams.

  • Manage budget governance and prepare the necessary content (Key indicators, Variations, Risks & Opportunities)

  • Establish budget schedules and guide teams towards defined milestones.

  • Establish performance criteria for certain strategic envelopes and monitor their achievement.

  • Help define and maintain a governance calendar for the management team.

  • Contribute to the definition and maintain standardized tools for the definition and budget management of the program and engineering teams.

  • Identify and manage risks & opportunities by mitigating them with the functional teams.

  • Guide a team in solving problems and establishing new processes.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities on the budget process, define a new work tool and standardize templates.

  • Work in a multi-functional environment in which you interact with all levels of management.

  • Maintain efficiently and rigorously a large volume of financial data.

  • You have experience using and understanding ERP systems (SAP an asset)

  • You have more than five (5) years of relevant experience.

  • You master MS Office, TEAMS, with knowledge in database management.

  • You are bilingual and demonstrate good communication skills.
