In your role, you will:
Analyze, monitor and control the budgetary envelopes of the Program team.
Present your analysis and recommend your budget strategies to management teams.
Manage budget governance and prepare the necessary content (Key indicators, Variations, Risks & Opportunities)
Establish budget schedules and guide teams towards defined milestones.
Establish performance criteria for certain strategic envelopes and monitor their achievement.
Help define and maintain a governance calendar for the management team.
Contribute to the definition and maintain standardized tools for the definition and budget management of the program and engineering teams.
Identify and manage risks & opportunities by mitigating them with the functional teams.
Guide a team in solving problems and establishing new processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities on the budget process, define a new work tool and standardize templates.
Work in a multi-functional environment in which you interact with all levels of management.
Maintain efficiently and rigorously a large volume of financial data.

You have experience using and understanding ERP systems (SAP an asset)
You have more than five (5) years of relevant experience.
You master MS Office, TEAMS, with knowledge in database management.
You are bilingual and demonstrate good communication skills.
