Bombardier Material Logistics Agent, Aircraft-on-Ground in Dorval, Canada
What are your contributions to the team?
Execute urgent spare parts procurement via phone, email, and online portals, ensuring rapid response and delivery tracking.
Prioritize and manage critical parts shortages to support immediate aircraft return to service during AOG events.
Maintain proactive and transparent communication with external and internal customers during AOG situations, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
Coordinate internal and external supply flows to meet service level agreements based on order priority.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or delays in material flows by proposing solutions and ensuring supplier accountability for meeting urgent commitments.
Analyze complex situations under pressure and make structured and effective decisions to minimize aircraft downtime.
How to thrive in this role?
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role involving time-sensitive operations (AOG experience preferred).
You hold strong communication skills in English and French (spoken and written).
You are proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is an asset.
You hold ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts (day/night and weekends) when required to support urgent AOG events.
You can demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
