Overview
Our team is responsible for the internship program at Bombardier and relations with academic institutions. The position is to support the Internship Experience HR team with respect to the tax credit and subsidies programs.
During your internship, you will contribute to:
Lead the Quebec and Ontario internship taxation process
Lead the internship subsidies process cycle
Manage the budget tracking excel for the Internship team
Manage and process data on interns eligible for the different subsidy programs
Communicate with schools and organizations for the different subsidy programs
Process invoices and track team’s spending for Internship events
Manipulate excel master files for subsidies and taxation
Improve and revise Quebec and Ontario internship taxation process
Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Participate in organizing academic events for the Bombardier interns (ie. Case competition)
Lead the extension and continuation process for interns in Canada
Learn to use SuccessFactors and PowerBI
During your internship, you will learn:
Learn how to use SuccessFactors, PowerApp and PowerBI
Further develop your MS excel skills
Manage large communications intended for 100s of recipients
Participate in the organization of academic events for interns (e.g. case competitions)
What we are looking for:
You are enrolled in a bachelor’s in business administration or related fields (finance, accounting, human ressources etc.)
You are familiar with Office 365 suite particularly with Excel.
You have experience and/or interest in Power BI, Power Query and Power App.
You have knowledge and/or interest in business process mapping, process optimization and taxation.
You have knowledge and/or an interest for academic competitions
You can work autonomously, you are analytical, detail oriented and have good problem-solving skills.
You can maintain strict confidentiality when required
You have good communication skills (written and verbal) in both official languages (English and French)

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
