Robert Half Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant in Dorchester, Massachusetts
Description We are looking for a proactive Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to join a property management team in Dorchester, Massachusetts. In this Contract role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Property Manager while ensuring smooth communication and administrative operations. Your ability to handle tenant inquiries and maintain accurate records will be essential to the success of the team.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to a high volume of inbound calls from tenants and prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Enter work orders into the Yardi system and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
• Provide updates to tenants regarding the status of their work orders.
• Process and collect rent payments efficiently and accurately.
• Offer comprehensive administrative support to the Property Manager, including organizing files and scheduling.
• Assist in maintaining tenant records and ensuring compliance with property management policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure swift resolution of service requests.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to address tenant needs and concerns.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by the Property Manager.
• Uphold high standards in all tenant interactions and administrative tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within property management.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
