Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Digital Program Manager to lead and drive execution of critical IT initiatives supporting the Digital business, including Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Ecommerce, and customer experience initiatives. This role is accountable for end-to-end program leadership across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery is on-time, on-budget, and aligned to business outcomes. The role requires strong executive presence, delivery discipline, and the ability to lead through influence across internal teams and external vendors.
This role is an individual contributor with no direct people management responsibility. The role will operate in a player/coach capacity as needed, providing guidance, direction, and hands-on delivery leadership to other Project Managers assigned to Digital initiatives.
Compensation:
$60/hr to $70/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
8–12+ years of progressive project or program management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex, vendor-heavy IT programs.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM or similar portfolio/project management tools.
• Exceptional stakeholder communication and executive presence. • Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Ecommerce, or Digital business experience.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, Shopify, CDP, DAM, Amazon Ecommerce ecosystems.
• Experience working with UX, customer journeys, and web-based platforms.
