Senior Technology Project Manager
Contract‑to‑Hire | Enterprise Gaming & Hospitality Technology | Onsite with Flexibility
We’re looking for a Senior Technology Project Manager with experience in hospitality, gaming, or casino environments who knows how to drive complex technology initiatives while managing budgets, timelines, and technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands how technology directly supports guest experience, operational continuity, and revenue‑generating systems.
You’ll lead high‑visibility, enterprise‑level projects in a fast‑paced environment where precision, uptime, and execution matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale technology initiatives supporting gaming and hospitality operations
Manage multi‑million‑dollar project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking
Drive project execution across design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑launch support
Lead cross‑functional teams across IT, operations, cybersecurity, vendors, and onsite technical staff
Coordinate fleet‑wide or multi‑site rollouts, including installation planning, logistics, and operational readiness
Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements
Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance, and availability standards
Provide executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and governance updates
Support system standardization and modernization initiatives across multiple brands
Continuously improve delivery processes, documentation, and project governance
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing technology projects within hospitality, gaming, or casino environments
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Solid technical aptitude and comfort working with infrastructure and systems teams
Experience supporting or coordinating remote or distributed technology deployments
Familiarity with network fundamentals (routers and switches) for at least two team resources
Ability to operate in a business‑critical environment that may require nights or weekends during deployments
Preferred Experience & Certifications
Background in gaming systems, casino operations, or guest‑facing technology platforms
Experience with digital transformation, enterprise modernization, or system standardization
Certifications such as PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, or ITIL

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
